アフターサービス
自社商品は全てやれるところまでフルフォローいたします。木製の色塗りなおし、艶出し、交換から折りたたみステッキの中ゴムが伸びた等といった事などお客様が購入して終わりではなく、購入後もしっかり丁寧に行います。
また、他社で修理・製作出来なかった伝統的な素材から硬い木、ステッキも多く持ち込みいただき実現してきました。
いまある伝統技術と最新技術で仕上げなおしを常に出来るように、他にはなかった技術価値を創出していきます。
環境への配慮
高品質かつ安定供給している木材を無駄なく生かします。使用しなかった木のおがくずを殺菌し、畜産農家さまに寄贈し端材は小物作りでステッキイベントの際にプレゼントして木を大切にしています。

Coloring that Enhances the Wood Grain
Established in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture in 1955.
From crafting canes for Emperor Showa and former Prime Minister Shigeru Yoshida, to today, we meticulously handcraft each item through numerous processes, utilizing precious machinery that is rarely seen anymore.
While cherishing traditional Japanese techniques, we combine them with new Japanese and European technologies to express the beauty of wood grain and color.
Instead of mass production, each cane is carefully finished by our artisans and delivered to our customers.
We also accept original orders for canes and umbrella parts in small lots.
We utilize leftover wood materials completely by providing them to farmers for fertilizer production and using them to create small items, ensuring nothing is wasted.
Furthermore, we use environmentally friendly paints, similar to those used on high-end pianos.
At our core, we value "handmade."
This is because we want to deliver peace of mind and trust to those who use our products.
Therefore, the process of crafting a single cane involves at least 20 to over 50 steps.
While this may mean a longer wait after placing an order, we pour our dedication into the creation, unwilling to compromise on our "monozukuri" (craftsmanship).
We focus on carefully executing each step, taking our time to create canes that our customers can use with peace of mind and satisfaction.
Regarding coloring, we dye the wood and apply a coating that highlights the grain. This process ensures that the color will not easily fade unless it is struck against hard surfaces like concrete.
Since our founding in 1955, Iida has been an OEM wood manufacturer. In 2015, we began producing original canes in response to customer requests.
Moving forward, we will continue to evolve by incorporating not only traditional Japanese techniques but also new technologies.
